  • Started the company from the ground-up, within the first few years revenues exceeded US$287M annually. Open branches in New York, NY and Leon, Spain and doing business in 100+ markets worldwide.
  • Created a successful operating system using “remote and home based” operators/receptionists while servicing and supervising them from one central office. 
  • Became the leading telecommunications companies by selling a varied of products and services never known in the industry.

Overview: Managed and directed customer relationship programs, increasing referral base for each sales person and decreasing customer turnover by 90% which enabled the company to maintain #1 status as among the largest telecommunications providers.
